The 3 kW Single-Phase Digital PFC Module is a high-efficiency active rectifier designed to convert AC 90 – 264 V into a stable DC 400 V bus.
Using bridgeless Totem-Pole PFC topology with GaN / SiC devices, it achieves up to 98 % efficiency and PF > 0.99, delivering ultra-clean power for industrial motor drives, HVAC compressors, and energy-storage systems.
